Milind M. Lele – President and CEO

Milind has three-plus decades of experience in strategy and marketing as author, strategy consultant and Adjunct Faculty at Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Prior to starting Tangram Solutions, Milind built up and ran SLC Consultants, Inc., a $2.5 MM strategy consulting firm. In addition, Milind launched theiMart.com, a baby clothing e-commerce startup in 2000. He has a Ph.D. from Harvard in system theory and undergraduate degrees in Electrical Communication Engineering & Physics.

Raja M. Iqbal – Vice President & CTO

Raja is responsible for overall technology strategy and product delivery, leading overall company’s digital software platform and operations. In addition to his previous Tangram Solutions experience as Sr. Director and VP Product Head, Raja has worked as a product development executive with extensive experience in building world class products, solutions and has led teams within United States and globally. He has previously led the B2B platform team for Netfish, a startup acquired by IONA Technologies.

Al is Chairman, Princeton Capital Management, a registered investment adviser, Vice Chairman, Gentag, Inc. and a director of RealPage, Inc. [NASDAQ: RP]. Al served as the President (and later Vice Chairman) of The NASDAQ Stock Market, Chairman, Pipeline Trading Systems LLC; prior to that he was a Managing Director of Alex. Brown & Sons, an investment bank. Al holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Wharton

James L. McCabe

Jim founded and heads Drexel Morgan Capital Advisors, a wealth management firm with $4+ Billion under management. Jim has four decades of experience in active investing and portfolio management. He obtained his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and has served as International Economist for the U.S. Department of State and for The World Bank

Michael F. Smithson

Mike is Senior Vice President, Wealth Management at Cowan Financial Group and is responsible for building a client-based business centered on both the growth and the protection of client assets. He has over 10 years’ experience of managing variable annuity portfolios and in-depth familiarity with the issues and challenges posed by various insurers’ offerings. Prior to joining Cowan Financial Group, Mike held a similar position with Prudential Securities incorporated, a division of Prudential Financial Incorporated.
